Today is all about my birthday boy -- my husband and favorite person ever. We're off for an adventurous weekend -- we're hitting the road for a few days and will be celebrating underneath oak trees on a serene hilltop. We plan to do a lot and also a lot of nothing. No matter what, my trusty coconut lime cake will be involved.
